Product Development & Manufacturing

From concept to production, I guide you through the complete product development cycle. This includes 3D CAD design, prototyping, testing, material selection, and full-scale manufacturing. I manage the entire process from initial design through final delivery, including logistics and nearshore manufacturing coordination between Mexico and the United States. Additionally, I design and build custom fixtures, jigs, and specialized tools including automation needs to streamline assembly processes and improve workplace safety.
